Terms of Service

These Terms form an agreement between you and MTRA, s. r. o., IČO 57541345, with its registered office at Kopčianska 3756/10, 851 01 Bratislava-Petržalka, Slovakia. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using Auspex, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, shared commercially, or used to bypass service limits.

Email verification may be required before you can access the dashboard, stock details, or billing. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our failure to apply reasonable security.

Auspex is research software that organizes market data and derived indicators for covered securities, primarily companies in the S&P 500. Features may include factor scores, watchlists, news sentiment, valuation context, scenario ranges, ownership information, filters, and market prices.

A limited free account currently includes three lifetime detailed-stock opens per account, including repeat opens of the same stock, and restricted dashboard features. This is not a timed trial and does not automatically convert into a paid plan. We may reasonably change free features or limits with notice where required.

Auspex is provided for general informational and research purposes. It is not investment, financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice; a brokerage service; an offer or recommendation to buy or sell a security; or a fiduciary service. We do not connect to brokerage accounts, execute trades, or custody funds.

Scores, intrinsic-value estimates, sentiment, simulations, forecasts, and AI-assisted content are analytical outputs, not promises of performance. Investing involves risk, including loss of principal. You remain responsible for independent research and decisions, and should consult a qualified adviser where appropriate.

Market data, news, and derived scores may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, cached, or unavailable due to provider schedules, exchange conditions, outages, or processing. Labels such as “live” or “real-time” describe the intended product experience and do not guarantee uninterrupted tick-by-tick exchange data. Factor and technical scores may refresh on scheduled intervals.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, address provider changes, or improve the service. We will provide notice of material changes where reasonably possible or legally required.

Paid plans may be offered weekly, monthly, or yearly. Web prices are displayed before checkout, generally in USD. App Store and Google Play prices may be localized and are controlled by the relevant store. Taxes may be added where applicable.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize the applicable provider to charge the payment method on file for each renewal. Promotions may have additional disclosed terms.

You may cancel a web subscription through the Stripe billing portal. Mobile subscriptions must be cancelled through the Apple App Store or Google Play account that made the purchase. Unless checkout or the provider states otherwise, cancellation prevents future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid period.

Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or approved by the relevant payment provider. Apple and Google purchases are subject to the store’s refund process. For Stripe purchases, contact support@auspexapp.com.

Consumers may have mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, conformity, or refund rights. If you ask us to provide immediate access during a statutory withdrawal period, you request that performance begin immediately and acknowledge that applicable law may require a proportionate payment for service already provided or may limit the withdrawal right once digital performance has begun with the required consent. Nothing in these Terms removes a mandatory consumer right.

You may request account deletion in settings. Deletion is permanent and removes access to saved account data under our control, subject to backups and legal retention. Stripe subscriptions may be cancelled as part of web account deletion. Deleting your Auspex account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel a mobile subscription in the applicable store before deleting the account.

Account deletion does not create a refund entitlement. Local data may remain on your device until you clear browser or app storage.

You may not:

• Use Auspex unlawfully, fraudulently, or to violate another person’s rights.
• Bypass access, subscription, rate, or usage controls.
• Scrape, bulk-download, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit service data.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to discover non-public models, formulas, or source code.
• Interfere with security, availability, accounts, networks, or providers.
• Use automated access except through an interface we expressly authorize.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to stop abuse, protect users or providers, comply with law, or address a material breach. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Auspex, its software, design, branding, original content, selection, arrangement, and derived outputs are owned by us or our licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for your own research. Third-party data and trademarks remain subject to their owners’ rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auspex is provided without warranties beyond mandatory statutory guarantees. We are not liable for investment losses, missed opportunities, decisions based on data or scores, provider failures, or indirect or consequential losses.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid to us for Auspex during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited, including liability for intent, gross negligence, personal injury, or mandatory consumer rights.

These Terms are governed by Slovak law, without excluding mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence. Slovak courts have jurisdiction unless applicable consumer law permits or requires a different forum.

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. EEA consumers may also use an applicable national alternative-dispute-resolution body or consumer authority. Nothing here limits your right to seek a remedy through a competent court or regulator.

We may update these Terms to reflect service, provider, legal, or security changes. We will post the revised Terms and provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
