Auspex is operated by MTRA, s. r. o., based in Bratislava, Slovakia. We build simple, intuitive US stock research for beginners and casual investors who do not want jargon overload, with enough depth for experienced users who care about factor weights, peer context, and serious comparison work on S&P 500 names. Auspex is the product name you see in the app and on this site; MTRA, s. r. o. is the legal entity responsible for billing, support, privacy, and compliance.

Why we built Auspex
Learning to research stocks should not mean opening ten tabs and guessing what a ratio means. Most tools either stay too shallow or jump straight to analyst-terminal complexity. We kept hitting that gap ourselves when we tried to compare two US stocks on the same criteria.
Auspex is our answer. Every covered S&P 500 company gets a clear 0-100 grade you can read at a glance, with tooltips and free Learn guides when a term is new to you. When you are ready to go deeper, the same profile opens into nine research angles, adjustable factor weights, Monte Carlo ranges, ownership data, and technical trend context.
What Auspex does
For newcomers, Auspex keeps US stock research approachable: one summary grade per S&P 500 company, plain-language tooltips, and short guides that explain what each score is trying to measure. You do not need a finance background to start comparing companies.
For active investors, the same profile goes further. Live quotes, peer comparisons, headline tone, valuation context, and ownership signals sit together with nine scored lenses covering financial ratios, news sentiment, intrinsic value, analyst ratings, earnings, cash flow, Monte Carlo outcome ranges, institutional ownership, and disclosed congressional trades. You control how much each factor counts toward the overall grade.
How we approach research and education
Scores are designed to be readable first. Built-in tooltips explain metrics inside the app, and the Learn section publishes short guides on the ideas behind each factor. We describe our methods in plain language so you know what a grade is trying to capture. We do not publish every internal formula, but we do explain the inputs and the intent behind each lens.
Auspex is updated on scheduled refresh cycles for factors, prices, and news. The product is built for ongoing research, not for split-second trading decisions.
Research only, not investment advice
Auspex is for informational research. We are not a broker, we do not execute trades, and we do not hold customer funds or link to brokerage accounts. Scores, intrinsic-value estimates, sentiment readings, simulations, and AI-assisted summaries are analytical outputs, not recommendations to buy or sell any security.

Where our market data comes from
Prices, fundamentals, news, and related indicators come from established market-data providers, including Financial Modeling Prep, along with exchange feeds and public filings where applicable. Congressional trade disclosures reflect publicly filed reports.
Data can be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable because of provider schedules, exchange conditions, or maintenance. Labels such as live or real-time describe the intended product experience. They do not guarantee uninterrupted tick-by-tick exchange data.
Billing, privacy, and support
Web subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Mobile subscriptions go through the Apple App Store. A limited free tier is available without a credit card and does not auto-upgrade to a paid plan.
